6. Letter from Labour Ministry of Indonesia
7. Contract Agreement copy from Indonesia with sign by Indonesia company person and applicant
8. previous work experience certificate copy from 01st Jan 2010 to till dated on company letter head with joining and leaving date on company letter head with full address and ctc number
9. Qualification certificate copy
10. One way ticket with ticket number
11. Appointment letter copy from Indonesian company.
12. Invitation letter on the letter head of sponsor company giving brief profile of the company and giving brief detail of the total working employees foreigner and Indonesian in that company. Detail of the person whom they are inviting what kind of job/position will be given. Responsibility of Indonesian company for food, accommodation and salary and the photo copy of signatory of invitation KTP.
13. Trading business license (SIUP) of Indonesian company.
14. Tax payers registration number (NPWP) of Indonesian company.
15. Company deed/contract of establishment ( AKTA NOTARARY ) and related ministry approval of Indonesian company.
16. Indonesian company registration certificate
17. approval letter from labour ministry of Indonesian (TA01)of the company and applicant.
18. Other than work visa with immigration approval
19. Single entry business visa for 60 days with immigration approval required and invitation from Indonesia sponsor company and the KTP of signatory, propose of visit and responsibility of Indonesian company.
20. Business multiple entry visa for 1 year with immigration approval required and invitation letter from Indonesian company with the KTP of signatory, propose of visit and responsibility of Indonesian company.
21. Single entry 60 days visa for social visit immigration approval and invitation letter on the letter head of Indonesian company with the KTP of the signatory of invitation letter giving the detail of the applicant, purpose of visit, days of stay relationship with the applicant and responsibility of the Indonesian company /invitation.
