  3. Visa application form dully filled & signed by pax only,
  4. Org Covering letter on Indian company letter head,
  5. Invitation letter copy from New Zealand,
  6. Company bank statement copy for last 03 months of passenger with bank seal & sign on each page or Notary by Advocate if having own business
  7. Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger with Notary by Advocate if having own business
  8. Company incorporation certificate copy with notary by advocate if having own business
  9. Personal bank statement of passengers for last 03 months with bank seal & sign on each page or Notary by Advocate,
  10. IT papers for last 03 years with Notary by Advocate.

Tourist visa

  1. Org valid passport at least for 06 months,
  2. Two colour photo 35x45mm 80% face white background,
  3. Visa application form dully filled & signed by pax for family,
  4. Org Detail Covering letter from paxs on Business letter head if having own Business,
  5. Org Detail Covering letter from paxs on plain paper if working in a company,
  6. Org Leave letter from company on letter head with leave dates if working in a company,
  7. Company bank statement for last 03 months of passenger with sufficient funds with bank seal & sign on each page or Notary by Advocate.
  8. Company I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger with Notary by Advocate.
  9. Personal bank statement for last 03 months of passenger with minimum balance 3 to 4 lakhs with bank seal & sign on each page or Notary by Advocate,
  10. Personal I T papers copy for last 03 yrs of passenger with Notary by Advocate,
  11. School I D card copy for child with Notary by Advocate

Family Visit visa

  1. Org valid passport at least for 06 months,
  2. Full passport xeroz copy
  3. Two colour photo 35x45mm 80% face white background,
  4. Visa application form dully filled & signed by pax for family,
  5. Org Detail Covering letter from paxs on Business letter head if having own Business,
  6. Org Detail Covering letter from paxs on plain paper if working in a company,
  7. Org Leave letter from company on letter head with leave dates if working in a company,
  8. Invitation letter copy from Invitee of New Zealand, Passport copy & New Zealand visa copy of Invitee from New Zealand,
  9. Ppt copy & New Zealand visa copy of Invitee from New Zealand.
  10. Employment proof copy of Invitee from New Zealand,
  11. Invitee bank statement copy for last 03 months,
  12. Company bank statement for last 03 months of passenger with sufficient funds with bank seal & sign on each page or Notary by Advocate.

  5. Detail Org Covering letter mentioning engagement details, wedding details & trvl details on cmpny letter head if having own business from both paxs.
