South Africa visa requirement

Business visa

  1. Valid passport last 6 months,
  2. One visa application form No BI-84 duly filled and signed by PAX by black pen only as per the ppt,
  3. 02 natural recent photos 35mm x 45mm white background 80% face must be seen not older then one month,  teeth must not visible mouth closed and not used in any visa,
  4. Covering letter on company letterhead with physical address and contact details addressing to the South Africa consulate Mumbai with authorised person name, designation seal and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay with pax name and passport number,
  5. Invitation must be addressing to consulate with full physical address contact details seal and sign with authorised person name and designation mentioning travel dates with duration of stay with pax name and passport number, Invitation letter with company seal
  6. ID card copy of Authorized signatory person who signed the invitation letter from South Africa
  7. Hotel confirmation with physical address and contact details with applicant name arrival departure date,
  8. If pax having own business then we required Personal & original company bank statement for last 03 months with bank original seal & signed.
  9. If pax is working then we required Salary slips last 3 months & Salary accounts bank statement for last 3 months with original bank seal & signed .
  10. Return ticket.

Tourist visa

  1. Valid passport last 6 months,
  2. One visa application form No BI-84 duly filled and signed by PAX by black pen only as per the ppt,
  3. 02 natural recent photos 35mm x 45mm white background 80% face must be seen not older then one month,  teeth must not visible mouth closed photo not be used in any other visa,
  4. Covering letter on company letterhead with physical address and contact details addressing to the South Africa consulate Mumbai with authorised person name, designation seal and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay (if self employed), if working than personal covering letter with pax physical residence address and cell number on top addressing to the South Africa consulate Mumbai with name passport number, designation and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay,
  5. Original leave letter on company letter head with physical address and contact details addressing to the South Africa consulate Mumbai with pax name passport number leave dates as per the travel date with authorised person name, designation seal and sign, for children require NOC letter on school/college/university letter head with physical address and contact details with pax name passport number leave dates as per the travel date with authorised person name, designation seal and sign,
  6. Hotel confirmation on south African hotel letter head with physical address and contact details with seal and sign of authorised person name and designation with applicant name and passport number arrival departure date,
  7. If pax having own business then we required Personal & original company bank statement for last 03 months with bank original seal & signed.
  8. If pax is working then we required Salary slips last 3 months & Salary accounts bank statement for last 3 months with original bank seal & signed .
  9. Return ticket itenary,
  10. If children below 18 traveling without parents then require affidavit from parents on 100/- rupee stamp paper with notary, Child below 18 yrs has to submit his Birth Certificate true copy along with application and need to carry original with true copy at the time of Travel if Traveling alone or with parents.

Family Visit visa

  1. Valid passport for 06 months,
  2. 02 natural recent photos 35mm x 45mm white background 80% face must be seen not older then one month, scan photo will not accept by consulate
  3. Visa form duly fill and sign by black pen only as per the passport,
  4. Covering letter addressing to the South Africa consulate Mumbai with authorised person name, designation seal and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay with residence address and cell number on top,
  5. Invitation must be addressing to consulate with full physical address, contact number seal and sign with authorised person name and designation mentioning travel dates with duration of stay with pax name and passport number with attested by South Africa police, 
  6. If pax having own business then we required Personal & original company bank statement for last 03 months with bank original seal & signed.
  7. If pax is working then we required Salary slips last 3 months & Salary accounts bank statement for last 3 months with original bank seal & signed, sponsor passport copy, residence permit copy or visa copy attested by South African Police or Home Affairs, 
  8. Sponsor Residential Proof like Rental agreement Or light bill with attested by south Africa police,
  9. Sponsor latest  employment proof on company letter head with full physical address and contact details with seal and sign of authorised person with his name and designation, 
  10. Return air tkt (If application goes under verification visa processing time will be 15 to 45 working days if not gone under verification than 10 working days).

Employment visa

  1. Valid passport for one year,
  2. 02 natural recent photos 35mm x 45mm white background 80% face must be seen not older then one month,  teeth must not visible mouth closed and not used in any visa,
  3. One visa application form No BI-1738 duly filled and signed by PAX by black pen only as per the ppt, pls note from page 09 to page 11 south African invitee person has fill every column, Invitee ID card copy who had fill the details in visa form,
  4. Covering letter on company letterhead addressing to the South Africa consulate Mumbai with authorised person name, designation seal and sign mentioning travel dates with duration of stay,
  5. Invitation must be addressing to consulate with full physical address, CTC number seal and sign with authorised person name and designation mentioning travel dates with duration of stay, 01st Job offer letter from Indian company clear and dark copy,
  6. Original PCC from Indian police or passport office,
  7. Original medical and radiology report  with doctor seal and sign,
  8. Salary slip for last 03 months,
  9. One way ticket iteanry.
