Vietnam visa requirement

Business visa

  1. Valid passport last 6 months,
  2. 1 visa application form,
  3. 2 color photo,
  4. Covering Letter on company letterhead,
  5. Approval copy from Vietnam immigration one copy to us and copy fax directly from Vietnam to consulate
  6. Return Ticket
  7. The consulate will require visa approval from Emigration Department of Vietnam, if passenger require business visa.

Tourist visa

  1. Valid passport last 6 months,
  2. One visa application form,
  3. Covering letter on company letterhead,
  4. 2 color photo,
  5. Air ticket  (Pax has to come personally)

E-VISA visa

  1. 6 Months Valid Passport Scan Copy. (First And Last Page)
  2. Confirm Ticket. (Ticket should be with Exact Date And Port of Travel as Visa will be Issued from The Date Provided with port of entry Name and it will Be Valid for 1 Month).
  3. Scan Photo

VISA FEES (30 DAYS SINGLE ENTRY) : ₹ 2000/- (TOURIST) ₹ 5000/-(BUSINESS)

VISA FEES (90 DAYS SINGLE ENTRY) : ₹ 2500/- (TOURIST) ₹ 6500/-(BUSINESS)

E-VISA FEES : ₹ 4200/- (TOURIST) ₹ 5000/-(BUSINESS)

TIME-TAKEN : 03 WORKING DAYS FOR TOURIST AND 4 TO 5 WORKING DAYS FOR BUSINESS


Please Note:- E Visa – Applicant can also apply for E Visa on which he can Enter Directly into Vietnam without Stamping of Visa on the Passport, but E Visa Can Only Apply For the period of 30 Days.
